Michelle Gearheart

Michelle Gearheart is an associate attorney who has appeared before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board on a variety of issues. She has experience conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and writing trial briefs and advocacy letters. During law school, Michelle worked at employment law and family law firms. She was selected for the UC Hastings Client Counseling Team and competed in the American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition. Michelle is passionate about obtaining the best possible results for her clients.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring the Bay Area culinary scene.
